A resident of Fremont for more than 30 years, Steve Cho has worked hard to improve the quality of life in Fremont. Whether it’s working to establish the Fremont Teen Center or representing Fremont at the League of California Cities, Steve puts his entire heart and soul into working for the betterment of Fremont.

Helping to bring more jobs and business to Fremont

  • Attracting New Business

Steve was a major supporter of the Catellus Retail Project that brought new retail stores to Fremont, including Kohl's, Lowes, Linens ‘N Things, Circuit City, Claim Jumpers Restaurant, Costco and others.

  • Promoting Job Growth

Steve worked to revamp the sign ordinance to increase jobs and business in Fremont and he was an advocate for streamlining the development permit process to help increase business and job growth
