-Aside from taxes and death, another constant in life is the
continuing population growth. The Bay Area, and in particular Fremont,
is not immune to this growth. In order to accommodate housing for
generations to come, and because land availability is rapidly
diminishing, the size and style of housing will necessarily change. This
may mean higher density because it would allow for more housing to be
built and at a reduced cost.
